Independent Living

Kristina Carlevale
Executive Director

Kristina Carlevale brings over a decade of experience in senior living operations to her role as Executive Director at Discovery Village Independent Living at Naples. With a strong background in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing operations, she is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and supportive environment where residents live their lives to the fullest. Kristina's leadership experience includes serving as an Administrator at a high-acuity skilled nursing facility and as an Executive Director at a standalone CCRC. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of a multi-level luxury senior living community, overseeing independent living, assisted living and memory care. Kristina’s leadership philosophy focuses on teamwork, excellence, and a resident-first approach.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her two daughters, ages 5 and 2. As a family, they love visiting Disney and making magical memories together.

Christopher Clark
Executive Director

Chris Clark serves as the Executive Director at Discovery Villages Naples. He holds a degree from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and brings over 25 years of experience in the senior living sector, with specialized expertise in geriatrics and culinary arts. Chris is committed to his role at Discovery Senior Living, drawn by the organization's dedication and compassion for the seniors they serve.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he is married to his wife, Brandy, and together they have a 15-year-old daughter, Savannah, who aspires to become a marine biologist.
